On 24 March 2014, H.E. Mr. Komgrit Varakamin, the Ambassador of Thailand to Romania, submitted the copies of his credentials to H.E. Mr.  Radu Podgorean, the State Secretary for Political Analysis and Liaison with Parliament of Romania. In this regard, Department of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania has set an appointment for him and other new Ambassadors to Romania to present their credentials to H.E. Traian Basescu, President of Romania. 

เมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2557 นายคมกริช วรคามิน เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ได้ไปเยี่ยมคารวะ ฯพณฯ นาย  Radu Podgorean รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ โรมาเนีย  เพื่อมอบสำเนาพระราชสาส์นตราตั้ง ซึ่งกรมพิธีการทูต กระทรวงการต่างประเทศโรมาเนีย ได้นัดหมายให้เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และเอกอัครราชทูตประเทศอื่่น ๆ เข้ายื่นพระราชสาส์นตราตั้งต่อ ฯพณฯ นาย Traian Basescu ประธานาธิบดีโรมาเนีย ต่อไปH.E.
