Subject: Staff Vacancy
The Royal Thai Embassy has a vacancy for a position of Administrative Clerk. The details of the vacancy is as follows:
Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Job Descriptions:
(1) Administrative work such as arranging meetings, drafting letters, coordinating with Embassy’s contacts, coordinating Embassy’s projects.
(2) Preparing reports on current affairs and gathering information on any assigned subjects.
(3) Perform any additional tasks of the Royal Thai Embassy as requested.
Salary: Starting at 592 Euro/month with a possibility to increase annually and possible annual bonus.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00 - 17.00 hrs., except Embassy’s holidays and overtime, with advance notice.
Location: The Royal Thai Embassy, Bucharest
Condition of contract: 3 months probation period with one year renewable contract
