Thai Food Made Authentic Workshop

On July 24, 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest organized a workshop -Thai Food made Authentic- to teach and demonstrate how to cook authentic Thai food for Romanian chefs and food enthusiasts. The event was held in collaboration with New Isan Thai Restaurant in Bucharest. The objective of this workshop is to teach techniques and methods on how to cook Thai dishes properly and maintain its original flavour. There were a number of Romanian chefs and Thai restaurant operators in Bucharest participating in this activity.

Thai Chef Suwidcha Charoenroy, chef of the Thai Ambassador’s residence shared her insights and techniques of making two delicious Thai dishes namely Pad Thai Goong and Mango Sticky Rice. These two menu are handpicked because they are well-known to Romanian food connoisseurs and are currently served in some restaurants. Thai food cooking demonstration workshop was held in line with “Kitchen of the World” policy, aiming to promote Thai food in Romania.

กิจกรรมสอนสาธิตทำอาหารไทยรสชาติต้นตำรับ

ด้วยเมื่อวันที่ 24 กรกฏาคม 2567 สถานเอกอัครราชทูตได้จัดกิจกรรมสอนสาธิตทำอาหารไทยรสชาติต้นตำรับให้แก่พ่อครัวและผู้สนใจชาวโรมาเนีย โดยได้จัดขึ้นที่ร้านอาหาร New Isan Thai ในกรุงบูคาเรสต์

โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ เพื่อสอนเทคนิคและวิธีการทำให้อาหารไทยมีความอร่อยและรักษารสชาติต้นตำรับไว้ กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากพ่อครัวชาวโรมาเนียและผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารไทยในกรุงบูคาเรสต์เข้าร่วมจำนวนหนึ่ง โดยเชฟสุวิชชา เจริญรอย แม่ครัวทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูตเป็นผู้สอนเทคนิคและวิธีการ สำหรับรายการอาหารที่สาธิตได้แก่ 1. ผัดไทยกุ้งสด และ 2. ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง ซึ่งทั้งสองเมนูได้รับความนิยมในหมู่ชาวโรมาเนีย และมีการจำหนายเมนูดังกล่าวที่ร้านอาหารในกรุงบูคาเรสต์อีกด้วย กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้เป็นการส่งเสริมนโยบายครัวไทยสู่โลกและส่งเสริมความนิยมอาหารไทยในโรมาเนีย
