The Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest organized a wreath-laying ceremony to pay respects on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) on 25 November 2025. The ceremony included the laying of a wreath, followed by 100 seconds of silence to honor His Majesty’s great benevolence and lifelong dedication to the Thai people. His Majesty Rama VI made numerous invaluable contributions to Thailand, including the promotion of education, the establishment of the Boy Scouts movement in the country, advancements in the arts and literature, modernization of the military, and efforts to strengthen national unity and identity. His visionary leadership laid a strong foundation for the progress and development of modern Thailand.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ จัดพิธีวางพวงมาลาถวายราชสักการะพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราวุธ พระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว พระมหาธีรราชเจ้า เนื่องในโอกาสวันสวรรคตครบ 100 ปี เมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยมีการวางพวงมาลาและยืนสงบนิ่งเป็นเวลา 100 วินาที เพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณและพระราชจริยวัตรอันเปี่ยมด้วยพระเมตตาที่ทรงมีต่อพสกนิกรชาวไทยตลอดรัชกาล โดยทรงประกอบพระราชกรณียกิจอันทรงคุณูปการต่อประเทศไทยอย่างใหญ่หลวง อาทิ การส่งเสริมการศึกษา การก่อตั้งกองเสือป่า การบำรุงศิลปะและวรรณคดี การพัฒนาระบบทหารให้ทันสมัย รวมถึงการวางรากฐานความเป็นชาติและสำนึกความสามัคคีของประชาชน พระวิสัยทัศน์อันกว้างไกลของพระองค์ได้วางพื้นฐานสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาประเทศไทยสู่ความก้าวหน้าในยุคใหม่
