เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ จัดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาบำเพ็ญสาธารณประโยชน์และบำเพ็ญสาธารณกุศลเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรมหาอานันทมหิดล พระอัฐมรามาธิบดินทร เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพครบ 100 ปี 20 กันยายน 2568 โดยนางสาวดาว วิบูลย์พานิช เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้มอบอาหาร ของใช้จำเป็น ของเล่นเพื่อเสริมพัฒนาการ และอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียนต่าง ๆ ให้แก่สมาคม DOWN Association กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรที่มีภารกิจหลักในการช่วยเหลือเด็ก เยาวชน และผู้ใหญ่ที่มีภาวะดาวน์ซินโดรมให้สามารถใช้ชีวิตในสังคมปกติได้

On 18 September 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest organized a Royal Thai Volunteers Activity at Down Association Bucharest to commemorate the auspicious occasion of 100th Anniversary of the Birth of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, 20 September 2025. Ambassador Dao Vibulpanich together with officials and staff of the Embassy donated food, essential items, learning toys, and stationery to support the work of the Association which is a non-profit organization providing assistance to children, young people and adults with Down syndrome to live their daily lives.
