On 5 December 2012, the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest hosted a reception to celebrate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 85th Birthday Anniversary and the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand at Athenee Palace Hilton, Bucharest. Over 250 distinguished guests including members of the diplomatic corps, dignitaries from Romanian government authorities,  private sector and local media, along with Thai people and their families in Romania, attended the event.  At the event,  there were sessions of piano recital performed His Majesty’s musical compositions. On this occasion, H.E. Ambassador Tasanawadee Miancharoen,  together with Thai people in Romania, sang one of His Majesty’s compositions along with the piano performance. In addition, there were also Thai classical dance show and an exhibition on His Majesty’s Royal Activities. Variety of Thai dishes were served to the guests who enjoyed scrumptious Thai cuisine.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ได้จัดงานเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวเนื่องในวโรกาสมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 85 พรรษา และงานวันชาติไทยประจำปี 2555 เมื่อวันที่ 5 ธ.ค. 2555 เวลา 18.30-20.30 น. ณ โรงแรม Athenee Palace Hilton กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ซึ่งมีแขกผู้มีเกียรติเข้าร่วมงานอย่างคับคั่ง ทั้งคณะทูตานุทูต  เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูงของหน่วยราชการโรมาเนีย นักธุรกิจเอกชนและสื่อมวลชนโรมาเนีย และชุมชนชาวไทยในโรมาเนียและครอบครัว รวมจำนวนกว่า 250 คน โดยภายในงาน ได้มีการบรรเลงเปียโนเพลงพระราชนิพนธ์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ โดยเอกอัครราชทูตทัศนาวดี เมี้ยนเจริญ ข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูต และชาวไทยในโรมาเนีย ได้ร่วมกันขับร้องเพลงพระราชนิพนธ์ด้วย นอกจากนี้ มีการแสดงนาฏศิลป์ไทย การเลี้ยงรับรองด้วยอาหารไทยหลากหลายประเภท ตลอดจนการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับพระราชประวัติและพระราชกรณียกิจของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ อีกด้วย
