อุปทูตฯ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ พบหารือผู้แทนสถาบันเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านสารสนเทศแห่งชาติโรมาเนีย (ICI Bucharest)

          เมื่อวันที่ ๑๖ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๔ นางสาวสิริมิตร ศิริพละ อุปทูตฯ  สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ได้เข้าพบหารือ ดร. Carmen-Elena Cirnu ผู้อำนวยการด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ และนาย Valeriu Zgonea ผู้อำนวยการด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ สถาบันเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านสารสนเทศแห่งชาติโรมาเนีย (National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest) เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือด้านดิจิทัลและความมั่นคงทางไซเบอร์ระหว่างไทยกับโรมาเนีย ซึ่งทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แสดงความสนใจที่จะแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และองค์ความรู้ในด้านต่าง ๆ อาทิ เทคโนโลยี Block Chain เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) การประมวลผลสมรรถนะสูง (High Performance Computing – HPC) และระบบบริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์(e-services) และสถาบันฯ ยังแสดงความประสงค์ที่จะเชิญฝ่ายไทยเข้าร่วมการประชุมนานาชาติด้านการทูตไซเบอร์ที่จะจัดขึ้นในเดือนพฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๕ อีกด้วย

Charge d’Affaires a.i., Royal Thai Embassy, Bucharest, had a meeting with  
    representatives from the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest

           On 16 November 2021, Ms. Sirimit Siripala, Charge d’Affaires, a.i., Royal Thai Embassy, Bucharest, had a meeting with Dr. Carmen-Elena Cirnu, Scientific Director, and Mr. Valeriu Zgonea, International Relations Director, National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, to discuss cooperation in the fields of digital and cybersecurity between Thailand and Romania. Both sides have expressed interests in exchanging experiences and knowledge in key areas such as Block Chain technology, AI, High Performance Computing (HPC), and e-services. The ICI will also host the International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy in May 2022 and is willing to invite the Thai side to participate in the said conference.
