On 28 May 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest co-organised Thai Day activities with Scoala Gimnaziala Nr. 190 School to enhance knowledge about Thailand and Thai culture among Romanian students during the Green Week of the School. The event was participated by teachers and students aged 10 - 11 years.
On this occasion, Mrs. Diana Niculescu, Principal of the School, welcomed Ambassador Dao Vibulpanich and the Embassy's delegation, and helped facilitate a range of engaging activities including a presentation and quiz about Thailand, Thai elephant song and Romanian folk song dances, Loy Krathong's Thai circle dance workshop as well as an exhibition showcasing students’ drawings about Thailand. Ambassador Dao Vibulpanich also presented certificates and Thai snacks to students and teachers to express the Embassy's appreciation.
This Thai Day activities resulted from the cooperation cultural exchanges between Thailand and Romania at student level under the Collaboration Agreement signed between both sides in February 2025.
กิจกรรมสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับประเทศไทยและวัฒนธรรม ณ โรงเรียน Scoala Gimnaziala Nr. 190 กรุงบูคาเรสต์
เมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ได้ร่วมจัดกิจกรรม Thai Day ร่วมกับโรงเรียน Scoala Gimnaziala Nr. 190 กรุงบูคาเรสต์ เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับประเทศไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยให้กับนักเรียนชาวโรมาเนีย ในช่วงสัปดาห์ Green Week ของโรงเรียนฯ โดยมีอาจารย์และนักเรียนอายุระหว่าง 10 - 11 ปี เข้าร่วม
ในโอกาสนี้ นาง Diana Niculescu อาจารย์ใหญ่ของโรงเรียนฯ ได้ให้การต้อนรับนางสาวดาว วิบูลย์พานิช เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ประกอบด้วยการบรรยายและการตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทย การแสดงเต้น เพลงช้างของไทย และเพลงพื้นเมืองของโรมาเนีย และการสอนรำวงวันลอยกระทง รวมทั้งยังมีการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการภาพวาดเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทยของนักเรียนชาวโรมาเนีย นอกจากนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตยังได้มอบประกาศนียบัตรและอาหารไทยเพื่อแสดงความขอบคุณแก่อาจารย์และนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้วย
อนึ่ง การจัดกิจกรรม Thai Day ครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นการต่อยอดความร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทยและโรมาเนียในระดับนักเรียนภายใต้ความตกลง (Collaboration Agreement) ที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายลงนามไปเมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2568
