On 8 January 2026 Ms. Panalee Choosri , Charge d’Affaires, a.i. signed the book of condolences at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Bucharest, in honor of the late H.E. Begum Khaleda Zia, former Prime Minister of Bangladesh.

H.E. Khaleda Zia was a distinguished leader whose dedication and service made lasting impact on her nation. Her efforts, including those that helped strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Thailand and Bangladesh, will be fondly remembered.
