เมื่อวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2569 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ได้จัดกิจกรรมบรรยายและให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่คนไทยในโรมาเนีย ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยมีนาย Sergiu Bolojan ทนายความชาวโรมาเนีย เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและให้คำปรึกษา อาทิ กฎหมายและข้อควรรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำงาน การประกอบธุรกิจ กฎหมายครอบครัว การขอสัญชาติ ตลอดจนข้อกฎหมายและแนวทางการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันในโรมาเนีย พร้อมตอบซักถามและให้คำปรึกษาในประเด็นทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

 

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นการส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและขยายเครือข่ายระหว่างคนไทยในโรมาเนีย ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนไทย เพื่อให้มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและข้อควรรู้ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินชีวิต การศึกษา และการประกอบอาชีพในต่างประเทศ และสามารถดำเนินชีวิตในต่างประเทศได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ

 

การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของภารกิจของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในการส่งเสริมการคุ้มครองและดูแลผลประโยชน์ของคนไทยในต่างประเทศ และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศในการให้ความช่วยเหลือและดูแลผลประโยชน์ของคนไทยในต่างประเทศอย่างทั่วถึง

On 26 September 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest organised a Legal Information and Consultation Session for Thai nationals in Romania, held both at the Embassy premises and online. Mr. Sergiu Bolojan, a Romanian lawyer, served as the guest speaker, who provided legal information and consultations to Thai nationals residing in Romania, including employment, business and legal entrepreneurship, family law, citizenship, as well as considerations concerning everyday life in Romania. Participants also had the opportunity to raise questions and seek legal advice on matters relevant to their individual circumstances.

 

The activity provided an important platform for exchanging information, expanding networks, and fostering mutual support within the Thai community in Romania. It also contributed to enhancing Thai nationals’ knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations concerning life, education, and professional activities abroad, thereby enabling them to navigate their lives in a foreign country with greater knowledge and confidence.

 

The activity forms part of the Embassy’s efforts to promote the protection and safeguarding of the interests of Thai nationals abroad, in line with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ policy to provide assistance and safeguard the interests of Thai nationals overseas.
