เมื่อวันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางสาวดาว วิบูลย์พานิช เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ พร้อมด้วยนางสาว Lim Hooi Shin อุปทูตรักษาการ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตมาเลเซียประจำโรมาเนีย ได้เดินทางไปเยือนเมือง Constanta โรมาเนีย เพื่อพบหารือกับ บมจ. การท่าเรือแห่งชาติ เมือง Constanta (National Company Maritime Ports Administration S.A. Constanta) ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของกระทรวงคมนาคมและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานโรมาเนีย และเยี่ยมชมท่าเรือ Constanta ซึ่งเป็นท่าเรือสำคัญที่สะท้อนศักยภาพด้านการขนส่งของโรมาเนีย

ในโอกาสนี้ คณะได้เข้ารับฟังการบรรยายสรุปภาพรวมของท่าเรือฯ รวมถึงศักยภาพและความสำคัญเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในบริบทภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ในปัจจุบัน และเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการขยายความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างไทยกับโรมาเนียมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะในสาขาการขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์

อนึ่ง ท่าเรือ Constanta ตั้งอยู่บนเส้นทางคมนาคมขนส่งแม่น้ำไรน์-ดานูบ ซึ่งถือเป็นเส้นทางการค้าที่เชื่อมโยงตลาดของประเทศที่ไม่มีทางออกสู่ทะเลในยุโรปกลางและยุโรปตะวันออกสู่ภูมิภาคเทือกเขาคอเคซัสตอนใต้ (จอร์เจีย อาเซอรืไบจาน และอาร์เมเนีย) เอเชียกลาง และตะวันออกไกล โดยปัจจุบัน ท่าเรือ Constanta เป็นศูนย์กลางการขนส่งตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในทะเลดำ

Ambassador of Thailand paid a visit to the Constanta Port

On 4 July 2025, Ambassador Dao Vibulpanich, and Ms. Lim Hooi Shin, Charges d'affaires a.i., Embassy of Malaysia in Romania, paid a visit to Constanta, Romania, to have a meeting with the National Company Maritime Ports Administration S.A. Constanta, a company under the authority of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Romania, followed by a tour visit of the Constanta Port which provides great potential for Romania’s logistics sector.

The National Company Maritime Ports Administration S.A. Constanta gave a briefing on the overview of the port, its competitiveness and strategic importance in terms of the current geopolitical context. Ambassador Dao Vibulpanich also exchanged views with the company on ways to promote bilateral economic cooperation, especially the transportation and logistics sector.

The Constanta Port is located on the pan-European Rhine-Danube transport corridor, an intersection of trade routes that connect the markets of landlocked countries in Central and Eastern Europe with the Trans Caucasus region, Central Asia and the Far East. It is the largest container port on the Black Sea.
