On 10 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Phuchphop Mongkolnavin, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Romania, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Archbishop Giampiero Gloder, Apostolic Nuncio to Romania and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, on the occasion of H.E. Mr. Mongkolnavin’s assumption of duty.

 

H.E. Archbishop Gloder shared his appreciation of Romania’s natural beauty and diverse landscapes, rich history, well-preserved architectural and historical heritage, as well as the diversity of its communities, and the harmony and interfaith coexistence in the country.

 

Ambassador Phuchphop expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to be assigned to Romania and his commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations between Thailand and Romania, particularly in the areas of trade, culture, academic exchanges, and technological cooperation. He also expressed his intention to engage closely with the Thai community in Romania and looked forward to the kind support and cooperation of the Diplomatic Corps during his tenure.

เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2569 นายพืชภพ มงคลนาวิน เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะเอกอัครสมณทูต Giampiero Gloder แห่งนครรัฐวาติกันประจำโรมาเนียและคณบดีคณะทูตานุทูต เนื่องในโอกาสที่เอกอัครราชทูตพืชภพฯ เข้ารับหน้าที่

 

เอกอัครสมณทูต Gloder ได้แสดงความชื่นชมความงดงามทางธรรมชาติและภูมิประเทศที่หลากหลายของโรมาเนีย ประวัติศาสตร์อันยาวนาน ตลอดจนมรดกทางสถาปัตยกรรมและประวัติศาสตร์ที่ได้รับการอนุรักษ์ไว้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งความหลากหลายของชุมชนต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนความกลมเกลียวและการอยู่ร่วมกันระหว่างศาสนาต่าง ๆ ภายในประเทศ

 

เอกอัครราชทูตพืชภพฯ แสดงความดีใจที่มีโอกาสได้รับมอบหมายให้มาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรมาเนีย และแสดงความมุ่งมั่นที่จะส่งเสริมและกระชับความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีระหว่างไทยกับโรมาเนียให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะในด้านการค้า วัฒนธรรม การแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการ และความร่วมมือด้านเทคโนโลยี นอกจากนี้ ยังแสดงความตั้งใจที่จะสานสัมพันธ์อย่างใกล้ชิดกับชุมชนไทยในโรมาเนีย ทั้งนี้ หวังว่าจะได้รับการสนับสนุนและความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดีจากคณะทูตานุทูตในโรมาเนียตลอดห้วงการดำรงตำแหน่ง
